TruMont’s website lacked a consistent layout throughout and failed to target their primary audience, Employers of Healthcare Workers. To solve these problems, a standardized layout was implemented for all pages and an Employers page was created to help target their primary audience. To address these issues, a website review was conducted along with, user research, user personas, and prototyping. The website was also updated to increase search engine traffic through the implementation of a successful SEO strategy.

TruMont needed to improve their Pre-Apprenticeship landing page to boost enrollment in the program. Working with the marketing team, the landing page was redesigned to simplify the user journey and optimized to SEO standards. Through these efforts traffic increased from a monthly average of 200 views to a monthly average of 1,500 views and increased applicants to the program.
